Welcome To Our House 5100 Benton Road was almost lost to time. My son and I found it in disrepair and brought it back to life. There is not one thing on the inside of the house that has not been restored. Yes, it has a unique design. That was my son's creativity. We replaced the vinyl siding on the house along with other improvements. Most of the floor joists and all the subfloors have been replaced, and we have leveled and replaced most of the supports under the house. All the coverings on the floors are new. Most of the walls are new, and the sheetrock and paint are new. The heating and air conditioning were replaced, and the water heater is new. We put in new windows, and all the doors are new. We built a brand-new garage and poured cement around it and the new deck. We rewired the whole house and the garage. We replaced all the water lines and put PEX plumbing under the house, which will not break if it freezes. The kitchen is all new and was moved from the back of the house to where it is next to the living room. The house is built with oak and is well insulated and strong. The property has 1.28 acres and has woods in the back of the property down to a creek. We installed all the new gas lines, and Atmos Gas ran a new gas line from the road to the house. We did many other things, as you can see. We just wanted to give you the bigger picture.
