If being close to the action matters, Lot 21 has one of the most interesting positions in Sky Ridge Retreats.

Sunrise Water One is a surveyed 0.787-acre lot sharing an entrance with Lot 22 and offering convenient access from the main road. From the lot, the land carries toward dramatic clifftop valley views below Adventure Waters. A cabin positioned here can take advantage of morning light toward the front and evening light toward the back, with views toward Sky View Park and the Adventure Waters area.

Adventure Waters is still under construction, but once completed it is planned as an aerated swimming and recreation area with a walking path and LED-lit fountain. Cast Away Fishing Pond is also currently under construction elsewhere within the development. Owners and guests already have access to established features including Sky Ridge Overlook, Sky View Park and the trail system.

For an STR investor, Lot 21 puts future community recreation within view while still giving guests the scenery they came for. Existing STR cabins within Sky Ridge are already producing well. An owner-occupant gets the same advantage-easy access to the amenities without having to drive anywhere once you arrive.

City water, underground electric and high-speed internet are available. Although Lots 21 and 22 are accessed directly from the main road, they retain access to the amenities inside the gated development.

Sky Ridge borders Daniel Boone National Forest and sits between Cave Run Lake and Red River Gorge. A separate pay lake is also being built across the road and is not part of Sky Ridge Retreats.

Lot 21 gives you water, sunrise, sunset and valley views in one location, with a front-row seat as the development continues to grow.
